You're always in control of your data. You can remove individual evidence, or delete your entire account and everything tied to it.
Delete individual evidence
In the KŌINIsee app or your web portal, open any captured photo and choose delete. It is removed from your device view and from our servers. Evidence also auto-deletes on the schedule you set (30 days by default).
Delete your entire account
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account; or in the web portal, open Account → Delete account.
Confirm. This permanently removes your account and all uploaded photos and event records from our servers.
If you'd rather we do it for you, email support@koini.io from the address on your account and we'll complete the deletion.
What's removed: your account, every uploaded photo of an unrecognized person, and the event records tied to them. The faces of the people you enrolled were only ever stored on your device — uninstalling the app, or deleting a person in the app, removes those from the device.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not by itself cancel billing. Cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KŌINIsee.
